Budapest – Reborn with pride

Each year, 17 May marks the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia. The date commemorates the 1990 decision of the World Health Organisation to remove homosexuality from the list of mental disorders. Though more than three decades have passed since this influential decision, the rights of LGBTQIA+ individuals are still under attack in many countries across the world.
