How can your city get involved and make a pledge?
Step 1
Choose one or more of the 20 principles of the European Pillar of Social Rights to focus your pledge on.
Step 2
Formulate the text of your pledge in line with the previous examples you will find here and send it to EUROCITIES for feedback and advice.
Step 3
Have your pledge signed by your mayor or deputy mayor and submit it to EUROCITIES.
Step 4
EUROCITIES will announce your city pledge to all EUROCITIES Social Affairs Forum members and to EU institutional stakeholders. You are advised to share the announcement with your local media and stakeholders.
Step 5
Your politician will have the opportunity to present the city pledge to EU policymakers in a political event in Brussels.
