Lyon Metropole – A minimum income for youngsters

Lyon Metropole launched a minimum income project to keep youngsters away from the poverty line.

The pilot is part of a programme that includes a Housing First approach and other resources for those between 18 and 25 years old who are unemployed (or receiving meagre salaries) or at risk of poverty or exclusion.
